The Banco do Brasil Cultural Center - CCBB, located in Rio de Janeiro, is recognized as one of the most important space for arts and culture in Brazil. It's been active for ten years and 18 million people have already visited it.

The Center has six exhibition halls where it takes in individual and collective exhibits from Brazilian and foreign artists. One of those halls is mainly used with conceptual art works, installations and electronic art. Great international exhibits have already been exposed in the CCBB: Picasso, Miró, Andy Warhol, Peter Greenaway, Wim Wenders, Di Cavalcanti, Jorge Luiz Borges, Bill Viola, Jenny Holzer, as well as photographic exhibitions like Moma's photographic collection.

The CCBB houses 2 theaters, 1 cinema, 1 video-room, computerized library and even a tea-house and a restaurant, within an area of 17,000 square meters..
