We get up bright and early today and have breakfast in Makati, to watch the business district come to life from Ayala and Makati Avenue.

We'll check out the main mall in the area (Glorietta) where young people and yuppies meet, eat, shop and watch movies in the finest cinema complex in town.

Then we take the bus over to the University Belt or to Katipunan Road to see Ateneo de Manila, Miriam College and UP.

If we know someone there, we can hang out in the UP Fine Arts area where the country's most exciting, neurotic and fun group of students converge.

Quezon City is NGO land so we can walk or take a tricycle to UP Teacher's Village where some NGO's are located.
