This sundry shop found on the walkway outside the kopitiam (coffeeshop) is a common sight in older buildings. You'll be surprised by the range of items that can be found in a tiny strip of area, usually about 4m² in size. In the past, one could even get a relaxing shave and a cut along such corridors, while the world zooms past you on the adjacent roads.
