Vienna is not my city. I am borrowing it.

My real link to Vienna is Herta , my mother-in-law. My wife Kate and I rent a small flat with her in the 17.district, and we've been going there the last two summers.

Vienna is a wonderful city, full of old-world opulence and an imposing sense of history. Once an empire, always an empire. Vienna manages to be inviting yet professionally unfriendly at the same time. I like it there.
